Dan has been a Producer for over 20 years .
Dan has recently opened Oliver! for Cameron Mackintosh at the Chichester Festival Theatre.
Recent productions include: Richard, My Richard by Philippa Gregory (Shakespeare North Playhouse), Rebus: A Game Called Malice by Ian Rankin (Queen’s Theatre, Hornchurch and UK Tour), Hamlet/Oresteia (The Armory, Park Avenue, New York), Quiz by James Graham (Noel Coward Theatre), 84 Charing Cross Road (UK Tour starring Stefanie Powers), Duet for One (UK Tour starring Belinda Lang and Oliver Cotton) and Rebus: Long Shadows by Ian Rankin and Rona Munro.
Past productions include: Ladies in Lavender, with Hayley Mills, which toured the UK and won four BroadwayWorld Awards and Bully Boy (starring Anthony Andrews at St James Theatre, London).
As Producer for Bill Kenwright Dan was responsible for producing many plays and musicals including: Dreamboats and Petticoats (West End and UK tour); Blood Brothers (UK tour and West End); Chin Chin with Felicity Kendal (UK tour); The Butterfly Lion with Gwen Taylor (UK tour); The Governess with Peter Bowles (UK tour); Fame (national tour); Black Coffee with Robert Powell (UK tour); Fallen Angels (UK tour); Cabaret with Will Young and Dame Siân Phillips (Savoy Theatre); Soul Sister (Savoy Theatre); Volcano with Jenny Seagrove (Vaudeville Theatre); The Sound of Music (national tour) and And Then There Were None with Paul Nicholas (UK tour).
As Producer for The Almeida Theatre, Dan was responsible for producing and transferring several critically acclaimed productions including the Olivier Award-winning Oresteia (Almeida and West End); Bakkhai with Ben Whishaw; King Charles III (UK tour, New York and Sydney), Richard Eyre’s Little Eyolf, Hamlet starring Andrew Scott and James Graham’s hit play Ink.
